And if so, could you please share your stories (what worked, what didn’t work, suggestions, etc…)
I eat leafy greens, fruit, nuts, coconut oil, flaxseeds, chia seeds, soy products, hemp products, beans, whole grains, and every colour of vegetable on the spectrum on a daily fucking basis. I probably drink 8x more water than the average person, and have countless cups of red, green, white, peppermint, chai, and chamomile tea throughout the course of my day. I don’t eat ANY animal products, rarely eat junk food, and have hardly used a salt shaker or white sugar in the past 4 months. I get a good amount of sleep every night, have low stress levels, get regular exercise, keep hygienic, am on birth control, and wash my face with natural vegan soap twice a day.
Can someone please tell me what the fuck I’m doing wrong? This is getting beyond frustrating.
